Dumplings, sake, and a late night.
Our downtown St. Petersburg location is more than a restaurant. It is a Japanese-forward bar and lounge on the Jannus Block, built for date night and late-night.
The longest bar on the Jannus Block.
When Shiso Crispy opened downtown on the Jannus Block, we added something the food truck never had: a full bar. Pull up to the longest bar on the block, settle into the 20-person Japanese lounge, or take the lantern-lit patio. The full hand-folded menu is here, but so is a Japanese-forward drinks program built to go with it.
It is the rare downtown St. Pete spot that pairs handmade gyoza and dirty rice bowls with sake, Japanese beer and a signature cocktail, then keeps the lights on late. Come for dinner, stay for the lounge, and roll into a late night on the weekends.

Sake, beer & the Shiso Sour.
A short, sharp Japanese-forward list, built to drink with dumplings.
Full drink list available in-house. Must be 21+ to be served alcohol.
Downtown, after dark.
Looking for happy hour on Central Ave, a date-night dinner with a cocktail, or somewhere actually good to eat late downtown? The Jannus Block lounge is open until midnight most nights and until 3am on Friday and Saturday, so the kitchen and the bar are still going when the rest of downtown St. Pete winds down. It is one of the few places where you can get hand-folded soup dumplings and a Shiso Sour at the same table, well past dinner.
Bring a date, bring the group, or pull up solo at the bar. The lounge seats twenty, the patio glows with lanterns, and the menu never drops its standard just because it is late. This is downtown St. Petersburg the way it should be after dark.
